Pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and early parenting pack dramatic change and steep learning curves into a short span of time. Worry, sadness, and other mixed emotions are not uncommon during these changes, which is often unexpected and left unspoken. For some, this may lead to deeper feelings, like depression, anxiety, or negative coping patterns. In individual sessions, we examine your present situation, then create and practice strategies aimed to help you feel more confident and at ease.

Early morning and evening appointments are available to accommodate busy mothers' schedules, and my office is baby-friendly.. 

An initial 15-20 minute consultation is complimentary. I also work with clients over the phone or via video conferencing, and when appropriate, provide home visits . Home-based sessions cannot be booked through the on-line scheduler; please email or call me directly for an appointment.
