breath+wellness mind/body support group for pregnancy

While pregnancy can be an exciting time, it is not uncommon for women to experience some worry and anxiety. Some women are nervous because of a history of infertility or pregnancy losses; some may be worried about their health or the baby's; some may feel overwhelmed by all that needs to be accomplished before the baby arrives. In a supportive circle, learn simple techniques like breath work, visualization, and gentle movements to release the tension in your mind and body. We'll also identify patterns of negative thinking that can trigger anxious thoughts, and use behavioral strategies to promote relaxation and cultivate emotional wellness.
