Most new moms groups focus on the baby -- baby's health, development, care -- but the groups at A Mom Is Born are mother-focused, making sure that the mother takes care of her needs as she shifts into her new identity and takes on her new role. Join a group at A Mom Is Born; you'll meet other moms and give yourself the gift of self-care.
